Office Manager for English-Speaking Contract Job in Akron, USA
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient office manager to join our team in Akron, USA on a contract basis. As an English-speaking office manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all administrative and clerical duties within the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare financial reports
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and equipment
- Assist with HR duties such as recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Create and maintain a filing system for important documents
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Greet clients and visitors upon arrival
- Assist with creating presentations, reports, and other business materials as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies when necessary
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role preferred but not required
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
This is a contract position without accommodation or visa sponsorship provided. The salary for this role is $1800 per month. Preference will be given to Nepali candidates who are legally able to work in the USA.
