We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner to attract customers. You will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and making recommendations for restocking. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure products are displayed according to company standards
- Create eye-catching displays and arrange products in an appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Collaborate with sales team to identify popular products and make recommendations for promotions or discounts
- Build positive relationships with store managers and staff to ensure our products receive optimal placement in stores
- Maintain accurate records of product sales, stock levels, and promotional activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor's product offerings

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a creative eye for product displays
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
