We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Machine Operator in Mombasa. As a machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machines in our production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to product specifications and guidelines
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth operation and identify any issues or malfunctions
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions and procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating machine settings
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends if needed

Salary:
$1300 per month (can be adjusted based on experience)
