We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Shan, Pakistan. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high food quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan menus that are creative, diverse, and appealing to customers
- Manage food inventory and ordering to ensure efficient use of ingredients and minimize waste
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety procedures
- Ensure all dishes are prepared with high quality ingredients and presented in an attractive manner
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with restaurant management team to develop new menu items or special promotions
- Monitor food costs, maintain budget constraints, and control labor costs
- Enforce strict health and safety standards within the kitchen

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food presentation, and menu development
- Ability to lead a team with strong communication skills
- In-depth understanding of kitchen operations including inventory management, budgeting, and cost control
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also maintaining classic favorites on the menu
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution
- Experience working in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Knowledge of Pakistani cuisine
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
