As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations of our fine dining restaurant located in the scenic city of Shan. As Chef de Cuisine, your main duties will include managing inventory and ordering supplies, creating new menu items, ensuring food safety standards are met, training and supervising kitchen staff, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests. You must have excellent communication skills as you will be responsible for delegating tasks, providing feedback, and working closely with management to achieve our business goals.
To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-end restaurant or hotel. You must also possess strong leadership skills and be able to handle pressure while maintaining high quality standards. A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required. Being fluent in English is essential for effective communication with team members and guests.
