Carpenter - Residential Construction
Location: Shan, India


We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team of professionals in Shan, India. As a Carpenter in residential construction, you will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will also work on various projects such as building frameworks, flooring, walls, roofs and decks.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine materials required
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim work etc.
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
- Build stairs, decks or other structures as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential construction
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this contract job.
