Painter Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter Assistant to join our team in Eschen, providing valuable support to our professional painters. As a Painter Assistant, you will assist with prepping surfaces, mixing paint, and performing basic painting tasks under the guidance of experienced painters.

Responsibilities:
-Preparing surfaces for painting by sanding, filling holes, and washing walls
-Mixing paint according to instructions and ensuring proper consistency
-Applying primer and base coats as directed by experienced painters
-Cleaning and maintaining painting tools and equipment
-Assisting with painting tasks such as cutting in corners and edges, rolling walls, and touch-ups
-Ensuring work area is kept clean and organized at all times
-Following safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
-Prior experience in painting is preferred but not required
-Must be detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
-Able to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
-Must be physically fit as this job requires standing for extended periods of time and some heavy lifting
-Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed

Salary:
-Starting salary of $1300 per month with potential for growth based on performance
