Architecture Manager for Contract Projects in Gujrat, India



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to lead our team on contract projects in Gujrat, India. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction processes of various projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors and other consultants
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Review and approve project design proposals
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to budget and timelines
- Identify potential issues and provide solutions to ensure successful completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and ensure their satisfaction with the final product
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management with a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent project management skills including planning, organizing, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes and regulations in India
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Own visa for working in India (if not Indian national)
