Job Title: Facade Designer



As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing aesthetically pleasing and functional building facades in the city of Khanpur. Your main role will be to design and develop innovative and sustainable facade solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for building facades using specialized software
- Conduct site visits to assess building conditions and gather necessary information for the design process
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and systems for the facade design while considering cost, durability, energy efficiency, and environmental impact
- Utilize knowledge of local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in the design process
- Communicate with contractors during construction phase to ensure proper installation of facade elements
- Continuously research new materials and techniques to improve design efficiency and sustainability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facade design
- Proficient in 2D/3D CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Familiarity with energy modeling software is a plus
- Strong understanding of building construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients alike

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Khanpur. However, we are open to considering applicants from other cities as long as they are willing to relocate.
