Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge Assistant to join our team in Funchal. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month, and accommodation will be provided. We welcome applications from women and individuals without prior experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information on hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other events
- Arrange for transportation, such as airport transfers or rental cars
- Handle guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all guest needs are met throughout their stay
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the local area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
