We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, staff management, customer service, and financial performance. You will work closely with the owners to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and meets all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise employees to maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales reports and making necessary adjustments to meet targets.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products are delivered on time.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss any issues or improvements needed.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to continuously improve the restaurant's offerings.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment.
- Experience managing a diverse team of employees.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400/month. Accommodation is not provided but we offer free visa sponsorship and roundtrip ticket for foreigners.
