Restaurant Manager - Mecca, Saudi Arabia


We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and delicious meals to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of servers, kitchen staff, and other employees.
- Create work schedules for employees and ensure they are followed.
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared to company standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Create marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees.
- Strong understanding of food costs, labor costs, inventory management, and other financial aspects of running a restaurant.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1800 per month. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees.
