Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mecca. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan promotions and events

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is preferred.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: $1000 USD per month (tax-free)
Contract type: Full-time
