Senior Accountant
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial records and transactions of our company. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of accounting principles. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and payroll
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Manage the company's budgeting process and provide financial analysis to support decision making
- Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support for business decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and familiarity with relevant regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Peachtree
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Location: Faro, Portugal (open to all nationalities)
Salary: 1300$ per month (without accommodation)
