Senior Architecture Manager



We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architecture Manager to join our team in Wiltz. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop innovative design solutions. You will also oversee the work of junior architects and designers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their careers.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a degree in architecture or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in architecture project management. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of architectural design projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide innovative design solutions
- Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Review design proposals and provide feedback
- Mentor junior architects and designers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture project management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of architectural principles and best practices
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Wiltz (accommodation provided if needed)
