Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects in Wiltz. Your main duties will include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring that all projects adhere to local building codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions that meet their expectations. Additionally, you will lead a team of architects and designers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in architectural design, strong project management skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Prior experience in project management
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or Revit
