We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a specialist in data analytics, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data from various sources. You will use this data to identify trends and patterns, create reports and visualizations, and provide insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and clean large sets of data from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and patterns
- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
- Proven experience in data analytics or a related field
- Proficient in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
