Part-Time Land Surveyor

We are hiring a part-time land surveyor to join our team in Almada. As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important data for construction and development projects. You will use specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS devices to accurately measure and record data. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to work independently with strong attention to detail. This is a part-time position with the possibility of full-time hours in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using total stations, GPS devices, and other equipment
- Collect and analyze data on property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information
- Create detailed maps and reports based on survey findings
- Ensure accuracy of data collected during surveys
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Work independently while adhering to project timelines
- Occasionally work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:
- Biometric passport preferred
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS devices, and other surveying equipment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Excellent communication skills and ability to understand client needs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary: $1300 per month (part-time)

Location: Almada, Portugal (accommodation provided)
