Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the precise location and measurements of land and other features on or below the Earth's surface. You will work with specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones to gather data and create accurate maps and reports. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment
- Record measurements and data accurately
- Create maps and reports based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy in construction projects
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Analyze data and identify any discrepancies or issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other mapping software
- Ability to interpret engineering plans and specifications
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills for working with clients and team members

Location: Almada, Portugal (Preference for Portuguese candidates)

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Employment Type: Contract (3 months) with possibility of extension
