We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Eschen. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, delicious food to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menu items that reflect local and seasonal ingredients
- Manage inventory and food costs to ensure profitability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Create schedules and monitor labor costs
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
