We are hiring an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Malindi. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various industrial surfaces using a variety of techniques and tools. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in industrial painting and be able to work with minimal supervision. Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation will be provided for foreign candidates, however, this position is open to all nationalities. English fluency is required. Salary starts at $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
- Select appropriate paints and coatings for each project
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure surfaces are painted evenly and without drips or streaks
- Adhere to safety protocols while working with paints and chemicals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Painter
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools used in industrial settings
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time, as well as lift heavy equipment/materials if necessary
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
