We are in need of an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting a variety of surfaces in industrial settings. This includes properly cleaning and priming surfaces, selecting the appropriate paint and equipment, and ensuring a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, or other means as necessary
- Select and mix paints to achieve desired color and consistency
- Apply paint using various methods such as brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are taken while painting
- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Painter
- Strong knowledge of various painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Good physical stamina for working on ladders or scaffolding for extended periods of time
