We are a fast-growing IT company looking for an experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Shan, India. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our network infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, install, and maintain network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Implement security measures to protect our network from cyber threats
- Maintain system backups and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technical needs and provide solutions
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Proven knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with network security tools and techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in networking (CCNA, CCNP) or systems administration (MCSE)
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python)

This is a contract position with the possibility of extension. We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with visa sponsorship for non-native candidates.
