Job Title: Metal Fabricator/Welder
Location: Braga, Portugal



As a Metal Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to blueprints and specifications. You will utilize various tools and equipment to cut, shape, and join metal pieces together to create a variety of structures such as gates, fences, railings, and frames. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong background in metalworking and enjoys working with their hands.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark dimensions on metal pieces using rulers, templates, or scribing tools
- Cut metal pieces using tools such as saws, shears, or plasma cutters
- Shape metal pieces using hammers, presses or bending machines
- Weld or join metal pieces using various welding techniques such as MIG or TIG welding
- Grind and smooth welded surfaces using power grinders or hand tools
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Maintain clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator/Welder or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
- Experience in operating various hand tools and equipment used in metal fabrication/welding
- Familiarity with different welding techniques (MIG/TIG/stick)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship
