Merchandiser vacancy in Salalah Oman

Merchandiser
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Merchandiser to join our team in Salalah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of merchandising, including product placement, inventory management, and visual displays. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of new products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Create eye-catching visual displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Develop pricing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis
- Work closely with store managers to plan promotions and sales events
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Regularly review sales data to analyze product performance and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with retail software is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1400$ per month
Location: Salalah, Oman
