Merchandiser in Salalah, Oman
We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are displayed and promoted in a visually appealing manner to attract customers and increase sales. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute merchandising strategies that align with company goals. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays to showcase products in retail stores
- Ensure all products have accurate pricing, labels, and signage
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with sales team regarding restocking needs
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
- Maintain relationships with store managers to ensure optimal product placement and visibility
- Regularly review sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed
