We are looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Pula. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying protective and decorative coatings to various surfaces in industrial settings. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of different painting techniques, and the ability to work efficiently with various tools and materials. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Industrial Painter and a strong understanding of safety procedures. This is a physically demanding job that may require working at heights or in confined spaces. Candidates with no English proficiency or prior experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mix and match paints to achieve desired color or texture
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Ensure even coverage and proper drying time between coats
- Follow safety procedures when working with hazardous materials
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks
- Adhere to project deadlines and budget limitations

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an Industrial Painter preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces if needed
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of English preferred but not required
- Must be authorized to work in Pula

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
