- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities happening in Nakuru
- Ensure that guest rooms are clean, well-stocked, and meet quality standards
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
