Machine Operator


We are searching for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Manama. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in production. Your main goal will be to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Setting up machines according to production requirements
- Monitoring machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshooting issues and making adjustments as needed
- Ensuring that products meet quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Reporting any equipment malfunctions or defects to the supervisor
- Performing routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Documenting production and machine logs accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of production procedures and machine operation principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and machinery mechanics
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity to operate machinery for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work full-time with no accommodation provided
