Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create practical, functional and aesthetically pleasing design solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, construction methods and sustainability standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in project management
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software
- Knowledge of Russian building codes and regulations
