We are looking for a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of cranes on construction sites. Your main duties will include operating cranes to lift and move materials, inspecting equipment for any defects or malfunctions, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes
- Valid crane operator certification or license
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Good communication skills in English (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes on construction sites
- Safely lift, move, and position materials using the crane's hoisting mechanism
- Inspect equipment for any defects or malfunctions before use
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating the crane
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean work area by removing debris and organizing materials
- Report any issues or concerns with equipment to the supervisor immediately
