Master Body Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Body Repair Technician to join our team in Siauliai. As a leading automotive repair company, we specialize in body repair and restoration for a diverse range of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in repairing damaged vehicle bodies and possess strong technical knowledge in all areas of body repair, including welding, panel beating, and paint application.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of damaged vehicles to determine necessary repairs
- Perform all necessary body repairs, including welding, panel beating, and paint application
- Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
- Train and mentor junior technicians

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in body repair
- Strong technical knowledge in all areas of body repair
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Team player with excellent communication skills

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)
