Plumber Technician

As a Plumber Technician in Ufa, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your main duties will include conducting inspections, identifying issues, and performing necessary repairs or replacements. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems meet safety and building code requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Perform necessary repairs or replacements of pipes, fixtures, fittings, etc.
- Ensure all plumbing systems meet safety and building code requirements
- Troubleshoot issues with plumbing equipment and provide effective solutions
- Communicate with clients to explain the scope of work and provide cost estimates
- Keep accurate records of work performed using company software
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Plumber Technician or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various plumbing systems (e.g. pipes, fittings, fixtures)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to handle physically demanding tasks
- Valid plumber's license/certification preferred but not required
