Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Khanpur. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Create and maintain schedules for employees to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Train and mentor new hires to maintain high-quality standards
- Monitor food and beverage costs to maximize profits
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
