We are looking for a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating mobile or stationary cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment on construction sites or in industrial settings. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the crane while following all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience operating cranes
- Valid crane operator certification
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Strong understanding of safety protocols
- Physical stamina to work long hours in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities:
- Inspect crane before each shift to ensure it is in good working condition
- Operate crane according to instructions from supervisor or signaler
- Lift, move, and position materials using appropriate hooks, chains, slings, or other attachments
- Monitor load weight and adjust as necessary to prevent overloading
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or two-way radios
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations at all times
- Keep accurate records of daily operations
- Perform routine maintenance on crane as needed
