Junior Commercial Architect

Our architecture firm in Atlanta is seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Canadian or Nepali national, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This full-time position offers a salary of 1300$ per month, with the added benefit of accommodation provided by our company.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop designs for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software
- Research and incorporate building codes and regulations into designs
- Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting and scheduling
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and make necessary changes to designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
