CNC Operator for Manufacturing Company in Mombasa

We are hiring a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Mombasa. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery to produce high-quality parts and components. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating CNC machines, strong technical skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and load raw materials onto the machine
- Monitor the production process and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform regular maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Physically fit to handle heavy materials if needed
