We are hiring a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the panels are installed correctly and efficiently, while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs and other structures according to blueprints and specifications.
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best placement for solar panels.
- Ensure all necessary equipment is properly installed, connected, and functioning.
- Perform maintenance on existing solar panel systems, including troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while working at heights and with electrical equipment.
- Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Solar Installer or related field.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and basic wiring principles.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license.
