We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires technical knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panel systems according to engineering plans and manufacturer instructions.
- Conduct site assessments to determine proper placement and positioning of panels.
- Assemble, mount, and secure panels on roofs or other structures.
- Connect panels to electrical systems, inverters, and batteries.
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
- Perform routine maintenance on solar systems.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Solar Installer or in a similar role.
- Technical knowledge of solar panel installation and electrical systems.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and follow manufacturer instructions.
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Own tools for installation preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.

This position is based in Oslo, Norway. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
