Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Vianden. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, including factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. Your duties will include conducting site surveys, creating detailed plans and drawings, collaborating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building materials and construction techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: $1300 per month

City: Vianden (Preference for Malayalees or Canadians)

Language Requirements: Fluent English (Malayalam or French is a plus)

Employment Type: Full-time with possibility for part-time options
