Position: Architecture Manager
Location: Ufa, Russia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Ufa. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Oversee the design process and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review project plans and provide technical guidance to team members
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues that arise during the project
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is proceeding according to plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and management
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other related software
- Fluent English language skills

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
