Hotel Sales Manager (Egyptian and Kenyan Nationals)
Our luxurious hotel in Muscat is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competition within the industry
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Egyptian or Kenyan nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1500 per month
