Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel in Muscat. They will develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions for guests
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the hotel
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present them to upper management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry in Muscat is a plus
