We are in search of a skilled Tester to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal. As a Tester, you will be responsible for analyzing software programs and applications to ensure they meet quality standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Test and analyze software applications for defects and bugs
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures
- Identify, report, and track issues using testing tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Provide feedback on usability, functionality, and performance of software
- Document test results and provide recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices for testing methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tester or similar role
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and techniques
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium or JMeter
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
