Salary: $1700 per month


We are seeking a friendly and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team in Mombasa. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take food and drink orders
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables
- Assist customers with menu choices and provide recommendations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
