We are in search of a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Braga, Portugal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical and design support to architects and other professionals on various construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop detailed drawings and plans for construction projects
- Use software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create digital models and drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess existing conditions
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Prepare presentations for clients using 3D visualization tools
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Portugal
- Fluency in Portuguese language
