IT Manager for International Company in Ufa, Egypt
We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our international company based in Ufa, Egypt. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's information technology systems and ensuring their smooth operation. This is an urgent role that requires a candidate with strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's information technology systems including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT equipment
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance
- Plan and oversee the budget for IT expenses and projects
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Train employees on new systems and technologies as needed
- Handle any technical issues or emergencies that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and data backup/recovery procedures
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
