Sales Manager

We are in search of a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Eldoret. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Train and mentor the sales team to improve their performance
- Prepare monthly sales reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful teams
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Ability to travel within Eldoret and surrounding areas if required

Salary: $1300 per month

This position is open to both Africans and foreigners who are fluent in English. It is suitable for men looking for a challenging role in sales management. This is a full-time position but may also be open for part-time candidates depending on their qualifications.
