IT Manager - Shan, Nepal


We are looking for a skilled IT Manager to join our team in Shan, Nepal. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with various departments to identify their technology needs and ensure that our systems are efficient, secure, and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance
- Manage the IT budget and make recommendations for new technology investments
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Evaluate existing systems and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades
- Train employees on proper use of technology systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to keep our company at the forefront of innovation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and data management
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and other emerging technologies
- Ability to lead a team and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical staff
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Nepali language

Salary:
1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
