Heavy Equipment Operator



As a Heavy Equipment Operator for our company in Braga, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various heavy equipment used in construction and other industrial projects. Your primary duties will include driving and maneuvering equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes to move materials, level surfaces, and perform other tasks as directed by the project manager.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to project specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as checking fluid levels, greasing bearings, and cleaning filters
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Communicate with project managers and other team members regarding job progress and any issues that may arise
- Load, transport, and unload materials using heavy equipment as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.
